An addictive perfume centred around a seductive heart of Turkish rose and geranium, complimented by the smoky liquorice tones of helichrysum and sparkling Hedione. Opening with a delicious mix of warm spices, the scent journeys down to a base of resinous woods, smoky cypriol, patchouli and sacred myrrh.
 
Rose is a key component of many of the Boadicea the Victorious perfumes, providing a panoply of impressions: from green apples, lemon and Loukhoum to chocolate, violets and honey. The animalic Turkish rose in Rose Sapphire is wrapped in fragrant spices and the singed liquorice leather of Helichrysum, noble neroli and a big dose of Hedione that adds scintillating sparkle particularly to the lipstick-tinted rose. In the drydown, the rose becomes softer, delicately powdered complimented beautifully by jasmine, lily, and magnolia and shot through with cardamom and the unusual addition of curcuma. This distinctive spice is perfectly utilised in Rose Sapphire, settling like a sunset and allowing a slow rise of myrrh, benzoin and sooty cypriol to showcase the crystalline flashes of rose.
